Can 'Em All Skill Tree: Where to Find It and What to Unlock

Find the regular upgrade tree after a workday and use its connected branches to plan weapons, machines, conveyors, and turrets.

Enter the elevator at the end of a workday to inspect the regular upgrade tree. Its connected branches lead to weapons, processing machines, conveyors, turrets, and other factory upgrades, according to a player completion guide. The developer's Steam description separately confirms that selling cans funds better weapons, the vacuum, machines, and conveyors.

Follow a branch

  1. Finish a workday and enter the elevator.
  2. Pick the problem you need to solve: slow combat, slow collection, slow processing, or unsold cans.
  3. Find the matching upgrade in the tree. Trace its connected path to see which earlier nodes the current build requires.
  4. Return to the factory, sell cans, and buy the next available node when you can afford it.
  5. Test the result during the next workday before choosing another branch.

A player guide recommends completing a conveyor route to the sales tube; an unfinished route will not automatically sell cans. That is a useful check when production rises but revenue does not. Source: player completion guide.

These are decisions to make in your own run, not an exact universal purchase order. Prices and individual node requirements should be read in the installed version's tree.

Regular tree versus permanent upgrades

The regular tree advances your current factory. Selling the factory starts a separate prestige loop with upgrades that persist into a new run; it is covered in the permanent-upgrades guide. Both systems are confirmed by the Steam release information and player completion guide. For a particular locked weapon, see weapon unlocks.
